1. 5 years of your "leadership" and ONNN's price is only $6.20/share. Where is the value you were supposed to add?
2. Top Line revenue flat as usual.
3. Huge Debt as usual...and getting bigger after this new deal.
4. Mystifyingly bizarre aquisition of AMI. In a time of companies focusing their business, you decide to get into debt, dilute your stock, and create a sprawling unfocused product line by aquiring a marginally company.
Fat Bastard, a President has 4 years to show us his plan. You've had over 5 years and nothing has changed for the better from this writers point of view. Perhaps you can go back to fairchild...maybe you can do more good for ONNN by working for a competitor.
Based on the stats you are correct, ON is at 6.00 but Fairch is also way down. I don't know Keith but I do see the profit generated by ON under his leadership and its better than Fairchilds. I work in the industry and like what I see, this is finally the spring board that ON needs to transform it's product line. They have to execute which is the big gamble at this point. If they do.....ON stock will fly past Fairchild by mid next year or sooner.
What are you smoking crack? All stocks have the occasional spike upwards, but the good stocks don't take a 60+% tumble in a month. What the investor needs to ask themselves is if they are better off off with Fat Bastard than they were 5 years ago. If you look at the stats, Fat Bastard is simply another pig in a suit. Remember when he got hired and his big schtick was "time to market" Blah blah blah old-part-revision to market that didn't mean anything anyways. And, it's obvious how he's cannibaled the company to show profits...you get that short term appearance at profit, but your top line revenue noticably is stagnant. Plus, the only other profit gain wasn't through building a business, it was through that little Bermuda tax game which, assuming it is legal, might not remain legal with another president. How long is our country going to let a company making $60million/Q pay only $1.5million in tax?
Key the theme song for Deliverance.... Keith Jackson and his band of theievs are getting what the shorts have for their greedy asses. Just in time for valentine's day. Brings a tear to your eye- don't it.
