Damn, maybe I should bust my ass a little harder around here. Nah, why should I. It's not like management cares about us numbers, I mean employees. Why should we bend over backward to help these guys. Besides, the management around here is horrible. They are always reacting instead of thinking ahead, and sticking with a plan. Here's the typical system around here. We have way too many employees, crap let's get rid of 2/3 of these guys. 1 week later, damn, we're queing like crazy. Crap, hire a bunch of people, bring everyone back, yell at the people left on the project that they aren't working hard enough. Besides this, they have to constantly change the standards and procedures so that we are always on our toes and never know what we are expected to do. What worked for us last year doesn't work anymore. Very tiring especially for those of us like me who have been here since the launch of their project and know what the hell we're doing. They always have to micromanage everything. If they aren't managing, something is wrong. Got to change something. Doesn't surprise me that cvg lost sprint, if they did. They are probably going to lose Microsoft too. At least, that's what it looks like to me and a lot of other people around here. This place is going to shits.
