Does anybody have a valid email address of CANON marketing VP? I'd like to cc him on my correspondence re poor quality of one of their products (film scanner) and bad business model of their support/repair.
Used 2 CANON products that I can remember. One was GREAT! - SureShot first model; worked for at least 15 years until the lid for the battery compartment broke off; Film scanner 2720 (on the market since Oct 2001) worked for about 10 months, then colors went all over the place; the refurbished unit worked well for about 5-6 months.
