A video of a corporate seminar shows a group of lawyers telling American employers how to make it appear that they are attempting to hire American Citizens when in fact what the employers really want to do is hire cheaper foreign professionals.
"[O]ur goal is clearly not to find a qualified and interested U.S. worker," says the tape currently on YouTube. The REAL goal is to justify hiring a cheaper foreign worker under the Foreign Skilled Worker (H1-B)visa Program.
The Senate amnesdy bill triples the number of professional foreign workers allowed into the U.S. under the H1-B program from 65,000 to 180,000 annually.
Major American employers using the H1-B program include the consulting firm Acenture, Delotte & Touche, the India outsoursing firm Tata, IBM and Microsoft.
This is a GREAT time to buy consulting and technology companies. Their labor costs will fall dramatically within the next few years as they hire fewer Americans Citizens and more H1-B immigrants.
