I'm ok with their star marketing and promotional parties. An open bar and mostly minimum wagers getting paid to hang out with potential buyers....not too over the top as they market their brand. And it seems to be mostly working with their sales numbers. All immaterial to the executive compensation.which is mostly tied to growth rather than bottom line. So it makes sense they're doing all they can to grow the business with only secondary concern for EPS. That's how they get that massive compensation in 2015 from increasing sales for years 2012-2014.
Would like to see them held accountable and rewarded for net income more so than top line growth.
