Glanced at the S&P E-mini's and saw they closed the pit session strong (15 min after the cash close) and were on a tear to the upside afterhours. Apparently the futures traders like what's coming out of Euro-land. SKUL trading strong AH as well.
Shorts: tomorrow's daily pivot is $8.11. You should probably buy to cover the open no lower than 8.15 and hope your order gets hit. The R's are at 8.41, 8.55, 8.85, and 8.99. Time to put the bear in the closet and get your horns on.
On a 10-min chart, the 3rd period yesterday had 58,662 shares with a high of $8.09. Just came into that stick (8.08) and rejected it with only 21,720 shares. That's good, there appears to be support (demand) below.
But the first 10-min this morning had 61,392 shares with high of 8.35 and low of 8.12. That bar, 8.35 to 8.12, needs to be taken out and it may take all day.
The S&P futures are testing the 1400 level, just under its daily pivot.
