It's just one giant trade at a certain price.....a certain price where both the buyer and seller thought they were getting a fair trade, unlike most trades on light volume which involve accumulation, distribution, testing, probing, and manipulation.

Yes, it could be. It seems more comforting to think it might have been an outright buyer rather than a large short covering. But, the shares are now back in the accounts of the original buyer at a price of $8.03. So, I'm thinking it doesn't make any difference.
