Disposed shares by ANDRUS
Hey Mike I see that Andrus disposed of 20,000 (15k)+(5k) shares at $6.78 on Jan, 28th 2013 but he still retains almost 2 million, 1,818,628 to be exact. I don't see any other filings. If this is the case I don't see anything unusual with this sale.

I know it's an auto sale. I just read that they have an option to stop it (Chaz explained it better below).

Andrus initiated the planned sale in September when the stock was trading around 16. He's locked into monthly sales for a period of time and cannot stop it as an insider. .

Are you sure about that? My impression is that an insider who locks himself into a planned sale can stop it at any time if he changes his mind about the outlook for the company. Am I right or wrong.?

“I don’t see any unusual with this sale”. You are talking about 25,000 shares for a company that sometimes has volume of 300,000 shares. How do you think shorts cover their shares? Why do you think it came down 21 cent today?
