    1,991,169

1,991,169 is the number of Likes on Skullcandy's facebook page. It is growing at a pretty good rate. It will break 2 million before the quarterly conference call. I bet that they'll mention it on the call. This is a testament to the brand's strength. The larger it grows the more the growth will feed upon itself. Facebook followers are a free target audience. This is all good for Skullcandy.

    1,991,173 now. 4 more.

    Sentiment: Strong Buy

    • 1,991,193 likes now. 24 new likes in the past half hour.

    • It has been the same number for months (about 1.9 million) Beats has 6 million likes. Average posting by SKUL is lucky to get 50 likes. I have friends on Face Book that get more likes on their posts sometimes. Usually 5 or 6 comments on each post like "first to reply" There posting use to get much more attention. IMO.

      • Please finish selling tomorrow so that you can take your bad attitude elsewhere. The shorts appreciate your losses.

The number was 7 thousand less about a week or two ago. I haven't been watching it for long, but it is certainly growing each day. Beat has 5,233,554 likes, which is _not_ 6 million.

Skullcandy postings most often get hundreds to a few thousand likes, not "lucky to get 50". Your extreme pessimism is warping reality for you.

Yeah, Beats has a bigger fan base. That means more market share for Skullcandy to take over with improved product quality.

        Sentiment: Strong Buy
