I haven't been following this stock until now and have a few questions for the board:
1. On November 1, 2012 the Q3 was released and the stock tanked the day after. What exactly was in the Q3 that the markets didn't like to trigger off the sell off?
2. The short interest went from 86% of the float to the current 26%. I guess there was never a short squeeze. How did the shorters manage to cover their positions and not raise the share price? Was it due to longs giving in and dumping their shares at the bid?
1. Probably shrinking margins, but since you want to know "exactly", I suggest you look it up. To me it's a fruitless question since the fundamentals are a 2nd derivative of price................fundamentals-----perception of fundamental------price.
2. Obviously yes, to question 2b. The shorts covered on high volume down days; buying into weakness.
