Why should any employees get options repriced? Did shareholders get additional shares or a refund because the share price plummeted?
In the current business/economic environment, there is absolutely no reason to shower employees with benefits - most of your rank and file employees have seen benefits and perks cut, with a reason given of "If you don't like it, you can leave" as there's always another body that will do your job for less pay.
Why should SKUL employees be offered more? If they want their options to be valuable, let them and the company perform. Repricing the options is an expense to all shareholders because they can be exercised at lower prices and dilute all shareholders.
VOTE AGAINST PROPOSAL 4
If you've already voted your proxy, you can still resubmit it until June 12.
is this proxy 3? Say on pay. Sounds like they want you to grant them more compensation. Kinda greedy seeing the shareholders have suffered alot this year and you want to approve compensation for named executive officers and approval of a one time option exchange for eligible employees as the shareholders suffer. Wouldn't be so bad if there was another proxy asking about using 28million to buy back shares.
