If you'd ever heard this CFO bozo speak you'd be glad that he was leaving, trust me! I think it's more to do with him not wanting to move to Park City now that they're closing the California office that he works out of. Nothing more sinister. As michael notes below he's bought on the open market recently - as you say if anyone knows it's the CFO.
In this case, I think it's all about the moving to Utah. He is not that dynamic anyways. If he wasn't in on the last 3 earnings calls this stock would be significantly higher. He was unprepared, stumbled for words and wasn't very upbeat about anything. I say it is positive. Plus he purchased the most shares any insider has in recent memory. The Dow Jones summary clear stated he lives in Southern California. What the hell does a company do with the CEO and CFO not working in the same office? That's crazy!!!
