I'm here in the Midwest and from what I've seen so far this shopping season is positive news for the headphone market overall. virtually every printed flyer and ad has some offering for headphones. I've seen lots of commercials and even local news blurbs about what is hot this season.
The bad news is this. The on-ear headphones seem to be dominately marketed and advertised. It appears as though Beats is putting out a massive campaign dominate this sub-sector. Meanwhile Skul is blowing out all of it's overstock buds online. All I can say is that I hope the kid knows what he's doing.
