Brilliant analysis! The quick washout is already over and done, whether morons can decipher that or not. LOL
We love having idiots opposite our serious allocations (recent longs on heavily shorted names include GMCR, LVS, MPEL, TPX, and HLF). See you playahs at $60 by EOY as the new models are now on the floor and weekend events are already underway nationwide and internationally.
IMHO, by the end of the day you are going to see the long tail down. The bounce and the squeeze player will bail. Watch the volume that will tell the rest of the story. This company is a dog and has seen it's better days. Too much debt, not enough sales and bad guidance going forward. Can only go down until it hits a realistic valuation.
This reaction to the gap down, IMHO, is just the beginning to a much larger sell off over time. The institutions are trying to recoup some of their loses. There is no positive news for this company. Buy back does not mean a thing with the amount of debt this company has. The steady decline since 7/11 will more than likely continue until a fair valuation becomes evident, $20 - $30 per share.
