I have had two separate incidents that customer service could have and should have fixed. I couldn't even contact anyone at the headquarters that was interested in fixing the problem. I can't find anyone that cares at HD.
Nardelli is directly responsible lower service and moral. Since he has come on, the stock plan has been watered down, the modest 2 and 5 year bonus for associate has been eliminated (while he gets huge ones), the average pay has gone down, but most of all the number of hours on the floor by associates is down by at least 20%. Also, already difficult schedules are worse because hours the store is open are longer especially on weekends. Moral is shot.
