Was channel surfing and saw Kramer recommending it. If he was up on his game he would have recommended it during the IPO. This is a little rich for me to jump in. Even if 2011 earnings prediction is double what it is today.
He had infered that because the stock was selling at a p/e of 10.7 (I assume he meant forward)and had a growth rate of 20% and that "in Cramerica" they are willing to pay a p/e of 20 for 20% growth, the stock is undervalued, because it is undiscovered. Same as my subject line of December 21.
However the latest numbers indicate that the eps has been up on average of 338% for the last three quarters and that the most recent quarter to quarter sales are up 42% (See IBD posted numbers). So the 20% grower thesis seems to be undershooting the situation by quite a bit.
I also like that it is a spin off, translation a lot of parent company assets were brought into the picture.
So, for the long and short of it, the term rich, does not apply here.
