    So the A1-preferred stock can be converted into roughly 4.6M shares of common stock unless the stock trades above $6.00 for ten consecutive trading days before March 31, 2006. You can bet that those who financed this deal will not let the stock trade above $6.00/share for 10 consecutive days between now and then, resulting in a dilution of roughly 33% as we go from roughly 10Million shares outstanding to close to 15M shares.
    2/3 of $1.67(benchmark for conversion)=$1.10.
    Assuming company manages to hit expectations in the next quarter, one might buy a VCMP lottery ticket at $0.50 and hope for $1.10. If company continues to falter, than everyone just wasted alot of money. Interesting risk though. - jmho
