Are you employed by Lazarus Investment Partners LLLP? I read the Seeking Alpha article and, while I agree URG shares are worth much more than today's price, the article is ridiculous, starting from its title "A Uranium Giant in the Making". If URG manages to produce a million pounds of uranium next year it will have just 00.66% of worldwide production and, it seems unlikely the company will be able to grow into a "uranium giant" because it holds less than 00.13% of world reserves. Lazarus can claim URG will have 20% of US uranium production only because economics and the EPA have quashed uranium exploration and mine permits in the US. The rest of the world has gone on without us and produces the vast majority of the world's uranium.
Getting back to reality, if the company can produce and sell a million pounds of uranium next year at $16/pound and sell it for $62/pound then, subtracting a few million for corporate costs they'll turn a pretax profit of $40 million. $40,000,000/140,000,000 shares = $0.28/share. Obviously the share price should be higher than it is and if management executes the price will rise and holders will be rewarded. Even so, the company will be a small player in a domestic industry that's a bit player on the world stage and I would distrust any projections and or predictions made by major shareholders rather than independent analysts.
deviateur the stock has been slowly under accumulation stealthy for over three weeks how they do it
with out running up the price is not for me to say, accumulation volume was up but the RS was flat..
and there are probably 3 people here wayne and I think hover that know the big picture on URG and
management is being mum...In the SA article he is more than likely giving out his fellow cohorts a tip
other than what you plainly read..
