I guess this is the price mric is paying for all of the warrant issuance in connection with their financings of the last couple of years. But they had to do that to stay alive and get to where they are with products. With such a substantial overhang of shares hype wont raise the stock. It will take positive performance, tangible results. I for one think we will get them by year end.
Agreed. There's a constant seller of 50,000 shares like every day at either $1.10 to $1.12. Now, we have 50k at $1.10 and 43k at $1.12. As soon as shares are purchased, you see another 50,000 shares offered. Meanwhile, a Director, with a very strong healthcare background, put down $46,000 recently to add to his position. Any good news, this seller will fully exit the rest of his position.
At $75 million valuation, I'm adding as much as I can at these levels. This story is just developing.
