In this case the owner of the land will be the new investors who provide much needed cash. This is going to dip a bit as they don't have enough money from what I can tell. No way investors are giving them more than .60/share. Why are they waiting so long to raise? Any delay in the trial (which is now happening) could cause them to go bankrupt.
They are obviously not going to make a large secondary offering to the public given the SP, although the SP seems to reflect that possibility. I would say CUR management has a private equity offering on the table somewhere to get thru the phase 1 ALS and small molecule test results.
