I know there is a lot of trash talk between CUR and STEM stockholders and message board posters as well.
Personally I think that if one does well, so should the other since they seem to be working on clinical trials for
different diseases, with not too much crossover.
I don't own any STEM yet, but was contemplating buying some. I'm confident in both their work, but the main reason is to hedge the bet in case the lawsuits they have against each other go wrong for either one of them.
I've been trying to to some DD on this topic, but I have not been able to find anything specific. I know that STEM believes that CUR infringed on their patent (s) and CUR counter-sued. These these lawsuits have been going on for at least three years.
I would think that if either had a clear case there would have been a decision on way or the other by now, but maybe the lawyers are still trying to pad their time cards.
Of course both sides are confident of victory, but what happens if one is victorious over the other?
Not sure if the recent Supreme Court decision has any impact because I believe the Stem Cell drugs were developed instead of just discovered.
