Does anyone know what became of the CNN ALS report that was supposed to air this week? Did it not air due to news such as the firefighter tragedy? Egypt? George Zimmerman? George Zimmer? Did it air and there was no mention of CUR's NSI-566 results?
Alex Google "Suzanne Melveaux profiles her mother who has /ALS"...this should bring up the first segment which we have all been waiting for. It's a video about 8 minutes long which was forwarded by the ALS association my wife corresponds with. My wife has PLS which has led me to Neuralstem for about a year now. I have taken a fairly good position and expect that Neuralstem will make major breakthroughs in the near future. Look forward to your informative posts.
Absolutely horrible disease and with out a cure to this point .
That is why the FDA is interested in Neuralstem going forward because they do see some results even at low doses .
Safety has been proven so far and larger doses will show efficacy .
It would be nice that CNN sticks to their scheduled plan; yet, the Firefighter case is very tragic. It is very nice to let ppl know there are individuals out there, who are driven by their duty & task than just $. Plus, CNN has lost significant TV rating since 2006; so, the Zimmerman Trial will boost their rating. As a result, they can cover more stories like ALS, etc w/o worring about the budget/fund.
I wouldn't expect much "pop" for CUR from the CNN report until Wednesday, or maybe Friday. Reason being, if it's a 3 part report, the most likely time to focus on a potential "cure" for ALS is on the last day of the report. The first day will likely be about ALS itself and how it affects people. Day 2 might be more of the same, plus some of the frustration over failed treatments. Day 3 might show potential "cures" like CUR's NSI-566. Of course those potential "cures" might be teased from Day 1, but I doubt they will specifically mention Neuralstem until Day 3. And a lot of people won't be aware of Day 3 until trading is over on Wednesday. However, maybe some people will see it Wednesday night, talk about it on July 4 at parties, and buy July 5 we could see some CNN-related buying. So those are my comments. With one more - I hope everyone has a great Independence Day aka 4th of July.
