The board is dead because the stock is dead. Maybe you haven't noticed, but its been dead or dying for almost 2 years while the broader market continues to climb. Can it be any more obvious this is a broken POS stock?
If they did not already have so much debt this might be a good company to take private. At this point probably would be better to just have this being private. Too many costs running a public company especially one that is at this size. Contract mfg has never been a sexy business and wall street will never give it the valuation hence why be public. Why bother with the public company expenses.
