    • Reinforces the secondary offering story IMO.

The last round was 20,000,000 shares @ $0.50 for $10,000,000

$10,000,000 @ $1.50 would be dilution of 6,666,666 additional shares.

Maybe they can do better than that, but TBD.

      • If they are going to dilute (TBD), the timing is not so bad, given the buzz created by Apple's TouchID.

The early reviews seem to indicate that Apple did just what they needed to do to make the launch of commercial biometrics a success; a low false reject rate, and a very fast match, combined with an elegant design in the home button. This will certainly spur the adoption by the Android echosystem which tends to be much more open than the Apple walled garden. As Apple moves toward a full m-commerce approach I would not be surprised to see them open the FP sensor to third party developers, and even if they don't-- iOS has ~17% of the smartphone market share VS. Android ~75%, and IWS is not limited to FP.
