86,535,255 trades went through the Big three Bad Apples
Almost 29 MILLION or MORE THAN ONE THIRD of the KATX Trades involved IOU shares issued by Market Makers --- and never seem to be covered in the open market!!!
That seems very UNUSUAL - ABNORMAL - SUSPICIOUS?? Why would a stock with 400 Million tradable shares need over one third of the trades to involve issuing Temp/IOU shares??
Calling for SEC investigation I would say!! Combined with Bashing Collusion!!!
Wouldn't that mean that the ASK price is by far artificially LOW - NO holders of shares willing to sell at the Low bid price.

KATX MM's NITE - UBSS - ETRF follow the rules and buy shares in the open market.
I believe they will settle off the market between MM's trading IOU's - It may not be illegal but it is unethical; using this method to manipulate/ control stock prices is definitely illegal - especially the collusion to manipulate. While the SEC is investigating NITE they MUST investigate these trading abuses!
