How do you rationalize a stock that is down 40% is on to bigger and better things?? I'll begin to get over "it" when the stock trades at a premium P/E multiple .Your posts are the most nonsensical jibberish I have ever seen. And besides, your credibility is zero with all the stupid, erroneous predictions you have made. But you seem to have a selective memory when I remind you and the other posters on this board of some of your more amusing prognostications.
This abousive language is unnecessary. Also, the abuse is personal. It need not be so.
You may express yourself in more civil words and readers will appreciate your views, even if they do not agree with you. Thanks for giving it your consideration.
If the current yield curve remains, where do you forecast Q3 and Q4 EPS '04? In this interest rate environment, NYB should far exceed 41 cent projection? I don't see NYB moving considerably north until management strings together 3 consecutive quarters in which performance exceeds forecast.
Dont forget i told you that this whole interest rate situation was over blown.
nyb has built in a 10yr yield of 6.75% by end of 05. unless that happens they are going to blow by their estimates.
look for 10 yr yield to finish 05 at around 5% tops and for nyb to earn $2.10 with no problem at all.
