Where else can you get a safe 8 % dividend and have upside potential
this dividend rate has been paid for years..thru the financial crisis...i just added to my holdings ,,yes my average cost is above 14 but i will enjoy the wait and collect 8 %....remember Joe continues to buy and wants to sell in next 3 to 5 years ......shuld go for well north of 18 at that point...not bad huh ??
