NYB- $17-$19---Within 3-Years--or less-
NYB....when the banking sector further stabalizes...ie: yields rise at least 1-1.5% off of these levels for the 10-year...within 3 years....prices for NYB shares should reach into them $17-$19. dollar area....

  All banks will do better when they can increase margins via spreads as you are suggesting. We just need to be patient and wait. Meanwhile NYB pays a fat dividend, what is there not to like?

    hope is that they are taken over
    at a price of 28$. NY will always
