I like SNH and just bought in. I think I am going to apply for the dividend reinvestment plan too, while I wait for the stock to rise or possibly even be taken over by a bigger reit.
Pays a nice dividend, has good fundamental, and the baby boomers are aging. The demand for nursing homes and assisted living facilities seem to be there.
