    New take on RDN

The way I see it is that the new institutional investors probably think the stock is going up over the strike price and that their loans are safe, or they wouldn't give in a loan with such a low interest rate. Also, it makes sense that the institutional investors probably knew about C-Bass going bankrupt...that's a pretty major deal after raising so much money. I'm no expert in bankruptcy, but if RDN's ownership gets blown out, they probably have to write off the value of the ownership (0 effect because its already 0) and they won't have to roll-up the losses any more (this could be a big positive going forward). That, coupled with the lower interest rate expense due to paying off the high rate debt, could really help Radian AND the extra cash decreases risk.
