Not to mention falling oil prices. Relief at the pump will do wonders for RDN's borrowers. This is why I say, buying RDN when it fell in advance of the market is the absolute best time to buy. For so many reasons, the market falling will be good for RDN and the other MIs.
It would be different if they needed to raise capital in the short term, but they don't.
