so the question to ask if you believe housing is at the bottom and we have seen the low point already, my take it is. got back the shares sold 6 weeks ago. Insiders loaded around here, these downgrades are buying opportunity. I remember BAC downgrade at the bottom, same here
Are you kidding!!! They don't give a da,,,mn about the share holders. The only thing they care about is their own pockets and how much bonuses and salaries they get. I have a feeling that these insiders buying were also a plan to fool others to feel comfortable and buy million of shares and then all of a sudden to pull the rug from under them. True insiders lost little there from buying those shares but gained a lot from other investors that bought at higher prices.
This type of drop ususally follows with a bad news. What a ugly week it has been. And I was fool enough to believe the housing market was recovering and the worst was over for MI's. This feels like 2009 again.
They are not BK yet.
I think its a stretch to blame the MGMT team for the recent stock performance. You can blame them for not planning for the worst, but that should have been done years ago. All you can hope is they make the best decisions for the company going forward.
Who sells after drops like this? If you bought the stock over the last few weeks its because you have confidence in what they do and their return to profitability? Why are people so stupid that they buy in, then sell at a loss over a few days? Makes no sense.
