With all due respect, do all you guys think that this fluctuation of NTR around 6 has anything to do with the companies performance, or any improprieties with Management.........because if you do, your wrong. There have been ZERO indications of any of this. The company is doing extremely well and pays one of the highest dividends around, and it is looking to buy back stock! Look at the market in general, look at the rise in interest rates, people are afraid of the real estate bubble ..............NTR BUY'S MORTGAGES, and they will do very well in the future with buying all those refinances and new mortgages that flooded the market over the last few years. This stock continues to form a bottom around 6, it will head north , and this is a buying opportunity .......UNLESS YOU ARE JUST SHORTING THIS STOCK, WHICH I BELIEVE IS THE CASE. If you own this stock and feel this way, WHY DON'T YOU JUST GET OUT?.......INTERESTING?
