I need to sell a boat load of stuff by Friday to repay an IRA rollover that I did almost 60 days ago.
It seems to me that the auto companies will continue to stay near their current SP's, so I'm just going to sell all of my GM shares and warrants.
If MTLQU is expected to go up in value, I should probably keep them for now, unless there is considerable doubt that they will ever be worth more than they are now, or there are substantial delays as we have seen with the common and the warrants.
(1) From the posts on the topic of MTLQU, I assume that no more MTLQU units will be issued, but the value of them may go up depending on the outcome of the remaining unsecured claims or a government loan? Is that right, and could this drag on for as long as the common and warrant fiasco has?
(2) What do you folks think will happen in regards to the vlaue of MTLQU?
(3) Also, will we "possibly" be recieving more common shares and warrants, and if so will those future distributions be issued to the bondholders of record when the bonds were canceled and replaced with the new shares? (even if they have sold those shares and warrants since then?)
