OK, Not a problem.
As you know, I'm long.....and hopeful.
Based on what I see they can leverage their equity about 10x, so they can have a $1B balance sheet if they need it to grow that much.
They mentioned that they have $243 million in unrealized Capital losses, in addition to the $61M of opperation tax loss carryforwards, and $56M of realized capital tax loss carryforwards. Wow, did AFN lose a lot of money.......
So, they build up PriceRidge over the next 5 years, sell it off at a $243M profit and voila no taxes and lots of cash in hand:-)
If nothing else, you must admit that this is a very interesting stock....and tale..........
