Sure Goldman downgrades so they can get your shares
cheap. IMHO Goldman already knows something.

GS made profits last Q by trading for their clients. You must be stupid not believing there are conflicts of interests. They unloaded BIDU already and now telling you the downgrade. If you want out, do it quick. If you want in, wait some time.

Don't let this crap scare you... This is the game and how it is played. This is text book stuff. GS puts this out.....a 10 point drop from 165 to 155....drop in the bucket. Who cares, earnings are to be release and it will affirm to everyone that BIDU is a major player much like GOOG and the rest of the larger US web sites.....This will not change. Also, look at the news...BIDU is a China darling, ya think they are going to let gooffy crap go down with their primary web (home grown) site......answer...NO.
