REGI US, Inc. Announces US Patent and Trademark Office Approves RadMax™ Application for 22 Patent Claims

For Immediate Release: July 29, 2010. Vancouver, BC – REGI U.S., Inc. (OTC BB: RGUS, Frankfurt Stock Exchange: RGJ) is pleased to announce that the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) has approved 22 patent claims for the RadMax™ rotary engine design, deemed proper, and, therefore, made final. This new patent will cover the RadMax™ detailed design, and affords patent protection for an additional 20 years.

The main inventor of the RadMax™ design is Robert Grisar, and the Company's directors wish to congratulate him for his excellent work.

This announcement by the USPTO is simultaneous with the Company’s completion of the detailed design. After a short confirmation review by the Fortune 1000 Company, we plan to start fabrication of the demonstration prototype engine.

REGI U.S., Inc. is developing for commercialization an improved axial vane type rotary engine known as the Rand Cam™/RadMax™ rotary technology used in the revolutionary design of lightweight and high efficiency engines, compressors and pumps. The RadMax™ engine has only two unique moving parts, the vanes (up to 12) and the rotor, compared to the 40 moving parts in a simple four-cylinder piston engine. This innovative design makes it possible to produce up to 24 continuous power impulses per one rotation that is vibration-free and extremely quiet. The RadMax™ engine also has multi-fuel capabilities allowing it to operate on fuels including gasoline, natural gas, hydrogen, propane and diesel. For more information, please visit

    • Hmmm. Still no news. I predict design changes will be announced, leading to further delays of the prototype build. Sadly, this project will never get off the ground.

    • If robertband thinks this POS is such a strong buy, why then doesn't he actually buy some. Personally, I think this new PR/BS is going to be more of the same old cr^p! The fact remains, Robinson has never once delievered on a commitment. Simply put. he's a penny stock pimp; a liar and a crook!

    • This is a two day meeting, so I'm not looking for any PR news
until Thurs. the day that J.R. usually posts news.
