    Returned Email from JC.

    Hello, I was inquiring on the AEP video that was
    mentioned on the conference call, is there any way to access this video, or is there a date when it will be available. Also is there a new website coming, or has that been canceled or suspended. Also is there any news as to when dewind might be sold by rbs, 1st half, 2nd half of 09?

    Don't shoot me for what he wrote. Btw this email is from 3/31/09

    • Oh goodie...more predictions!

      Nostraclueless over here and his girlfriends are batting about .003%

      Uh oh...look out for the 12 paragraph conveniently slected and edited response listing out all of the brilliant predictions that they've nailed...everyone make sure to stick around and read every word of the construed and meaningless success story.

      I predict, that no one gives a shi* what you predict.

    • Fair enough, Rochet. All I was saying is that you will not know "what exactly is going on" until it is too late to do anything about it. As to the generally held assumption that cable would be profitable once DeWind was spun off I will withhold judgment on that one. A large portion of "corporate" expenses are being apportioned to DeWind at the moment and that is what makes cable appear to be on the edge of profitability, but it is unclear to me how much of the "corporate" overhead would remain after such a divestiture... for example I suspect that Wilcoxon, Carney and Sepe would not depart with DeWind, and in fact I think the "corporate" division would probably be reduced by less than 20% instead of by the 60% to 80% currently apportioned to wind.

      As I have predicted many times before, the DeWind sale or divestiture will not result in any infusion of cash unless CTC registered stock or warrants at or below market valuation are part of the mix, and in the end we will discover, no matter how it appears in the PR, that CTC paid somebody to take DeWind just as FKI did (a good summary of that by Justice Steel to be found at http://www.bailii.org/ew/cases/EWHC/Comm/2007/72.html ) and that the alleged cable profitability will be substantially reduced once the "corporate" expenses are reapportioned.

    • Thanks for your DD. Don't go away, just put the idiots on ignore. The rest of us appreciate any real news.

    • thanks for sharing the info rochet
      I think we will hear soon about a very large and very well known company hooking up with CTC/Dewind to make and sell turbines -- this will be a very big deal --- the profitable core business should get some good US exposure too ---- these two products boosted by the Obama's stimulous should provide a nice movement in price in the comming months

      for my part I am comfortable with CTC management's priorities being with ACCC/core sales and DeWind deals vs the web site.

    • So what lawsuit is going to put us in bk smart one? Cptc is trying to sell dewind while dewind operation is frozen, and or cable continues to be profitable. So if we unload dewind, and cable continues to be profitable, how are we going into bk unless we don't sell it in time, but cable is a separate business from dewind if you remember. Now remember im not buying shares but not not selling either, im either going sink with the ship or fly to the moon.

      And oh ya, if you don't' like what you see then get out, plain and simple, or find a way to short it, but you better do it if you can before april 8 lol.

      Im finished trying to justify what i am writing, you guys just keep putting words in my mouth that i am not saying, im not pumping nor bashing. From the beginning of the post i was just trying to be the messenger plain and simple, and actually trying to do dd, which seem that the majority of people are very unappreciated of that. So ill leave the message board back to kx and tdoom, and whoever else that just spams old news and off topic crap in this board, aidos.

    • Good post. Note that it was not stated that DeWind is being sold. I still think it will not be sold. They will be announcing a partner who is buying a stake and bringing in needed financing...business deals like this take time to iron out, since lawyers like me get involved...and in this market everyone will be crossing tees and dotting eyes with very very sharp pencils.

    • The CTC speak, means in layman's english...

      I believe we should be positioned to advise shareholders as to the specific intentions for DeWind in a matter of weeks. ["soon"]

      Actually closing such a transaction would likely take much longer. [not so "soon"]

      The AEP piece you speak will not likely be posted. The content is good but the production qualities are lacking. [sounded good during the CC, tho]

      The website has been completely revamped and it is quite good. Certain key members of management who are extremely busy
      have not yet had the time to make final reviews. ["soon," tho]

      Closing profitable business [probably threw in "profitable" just for grins] and sorting out DeWind continue to be priorities. [all those payables, probably should not have let TECO handle the supply chain]

      • Kx, there is actually a further layer to that onion:

        I believe we should be positioned to advise shareholders as to the specific intentions for DeWind in a matter of weeks.

        {"... we should be positioned" is merely JC's belief, and even if they actually do achieve that "position" it does not mean they will actually provide said advise.}

        Actually closing such a transaction would likely take much longer.

        {The usual "inked but not finalized" nonsense... only good for a PR on false pretenses.}

        The AEP piece you speak will not likely be posted. The content is good but the production qualities are lacking.

        {Modified "environmental disaster" excuse. Bottom line, no video, and we'll never know if there actually ever was one in the first place.}

        The website has been completely revamped and it is quite good. Certain key members of management who are extremely busy have not yet had the time to make final reviews.

        {Just like all Harrior's "big things going on" we have been told about for years... all those big things going on have management very busy and the web site is way down on their spike}

        Closing profitable business and sorting out DeWind continue to be priorities.

        {In other words, figuring out how to mask a major dilution event as a sale of DeWind is the priority}

      • excuse me, anybody got a spare 5 star for this post

    • This company needs a CEO that doesn't like shooting himself in the foot.

      Overpromise is an understatement.
