D&B Stock Underperforming S&P and EFX for 4th straight Year

    Here are some interesting Facts:
    -- ALAN LOREN ERA (2000 - 2004): D&B Stock grows 195%, outperforms S&P by 209% and outperforms Equifax by 132%
-- STEVE ALESIO ERA (2005 - 2009): D&B Stock grows 43%, outperforms S&P by 51% and outperforms Equifax by 32%. 2009 is first year since Alan took over in which D&B UNDERPERFORMED vs both S&P and EFX.
    -- SARA MATHEW ERA (2010 - May 2012): D&B Stock declines 21%, UNDERPERFORMS versus S&P by 42% and Equifax by 70%. D&B Underperformed versus both in 2009, 2010, 2011 and YTD in 2012.
-- BTW Equifax is up in 2009, 10, 11 and 12. And is up 50% overall in the same period D&B is down 21%. Experian is up in 2009, 10, 11, and 12. Do they face different market forces than D&B?
==> Questions: (1) Why has D&B underperformed for 4 years running; (2) Is it the leadership? (3) Is it because the leadership and product team that created DNBi has been flexed? (4) When will shareholders notice?
