    • This says nothing about future prospects. If the prospects for growing the top line are shrinking, can the bottom line be far behind? Apparently, even the board of directors has its doubts about future prospects.

      Here's a better view for you, and evidence the bottom line is, in fact, already shrinking. Look at the trend for net tangible assets. (Bottom line of Yahoo Finance Balance Sheet view.) Now think about who would buy this company, and for what price.

      The selling price of the company is declining, and there is a deficit of actual, tangible assets of over -1.5 Billion and growing.

      The uptick in the stock price the other day was strange, given the circumstances, and I wonder how much was pumping, or even Knight Capital's gyrations rather than actual momentum in DNB. Not surprised to see a quick reversal.
