In doing research heard there has been alot of senior level changes and unrest amongst the senior team, that really has not been "seasoned"- especially being a new public company. Should I be concerned that people are looking at items in a short-term basis or by function versus strategically and with wholistic bent. My other concerns is that leadership is critical with the challenges of the business (ingredient cost, margin compression, private label, distributor relations, lack of innovation/new platforms, etc). Need a seasoned, well tuned, concerted leadership team right now -especially when you are the perverbial #3 in the catefory. Would appreciate any feedback others can give.
