Wow. Just read the 13-d-1 filed by Blackrock on DPS. According to Yahoo's institutional ownership listing, as of Q3 of 2012, Blackrock had 5.6 million shares or 2.69% of the shares outstanding of DPS. With today's filing, Blackrock is announcing that it now has over 11.6 millions shares, or 5.59% of the shares outstanding. That is one heck of a bullish bet! Possible takeover play in the air?
