Using the figures from their filings and the current stock price, I come up with 248.7 million shares and an EV of 8.145B. With 547.5mmboe proven reserves. and 90,000boe/D production, the EV gives a per share price of $14.90/BOE and $90,500/flowing barrel. Since the proven reserves are estimated at 54% oil and 13% NGLs this is pretty attractive. Much depends on what the extensive unproven acreage contains.
