I'm sure you have noticed the large blocks for sale. 4000-5000 shares here, 12400 shares up in the 11's. Just casually checking in on it a few times during the day, it looks like someone is unloading a large position slowly, and painting the price back up at the very end to renew the selling the next day from a better position.
Actually I don't pay much attention to the intra-day trading but I believe you about the blocks. Clearly though they run this up and down and clean out the small fry as they go. Painting the close, hyping the co via emails and websites, it's all in a day's work.
