What is massive dilution? 1 million shares, 2 million. 5 million? Whatever the number, raising money as the PPS increases is good for long- term investors. People invest in companies for future returns of capital and big individual/institutional buying means they believe the company will be able to generate positive cash flow. In 2012 TEAR raised capital on two separate occasions, which helped fund the company and double the share price. Due to their efforts, if they need to raise capital today, they will be doing so at a much higher valuation. The reason they are able to raise capital at an increased valuation is because the market opportunity exists and they are beginning to capitalize on their sales efforts.

Management is heavily invested in the stock and they have given us no reason to doubt their motives.
