I always wonder why people re-post news from Yahoo Finance. Everyone reading this board is using Yahoo Finance, so they can see the news on their own. Do you truly believe you're adding value? If so, how?
Regarding the "big boys", there's no difference. If someone wanted to invest $10 million in SKBI, it's diffult given the small capitalization. After the split, the big investor needs to buy twice as many shares to get to $10 million, and there are twice as many shares available. No difference. The market cap doesn't change with a split.
Traditionally, the purpose behind a stock split is to make the stock enticing to the "little boys". And it works. See how excited you are?
Did you get off on the wrong side of the bed, lol? Normally the bigs boys doesn't want to buy in any stock with a tight float. They want to be able to get out in case they need too. Now go suck a pipe or something.
