Thanks. I just did. But that did not clear up my question. Some original shareholders (bought the shares in 2005), who were asked (in 2007) to submit the application form (and paid the application fee) to SKBI for opening one account in USA so that their shares could be converted and be tradable here, have never received any feedback.
