They have launched an "investigation." This is not even news, anybody can "investigate" anything. It sounds to me like ambulance chasers trying to drum up shareholder support for a quick extortion attempt on a company that's down on it's luck and might be vulnerable. Shareholders never get anything from these lawsuits, the lawyers take all the money and the shareholders get pennies. If HIL just ignores this it will probably go away once these parasites realize there is no fast, easy payout here.
What they are saying is that they have no evidence that anybody is guilty of doing anything wrong here. I hope we don't have any shareholders who support this and give these vultures grounds for a class-action nuisance suit. HIL doesn't need to get distracted with this kind of crap now.
