In the past 2 years UA has hired and fired just about every VP. However, Kevin still keeps his friends employed at the company. He has let go of a lot great leaders that are well respect and proven in the industry. All of the leadership changes could lead to reduced margins and with inventory increasing faster than the growth rate.
the way I invest is by asking myself "which owner/manager loves his company more than he loves money? For example, take a look at steve jobs. This guy could not care less about the money. He screwed himself out of 10 billion in options. But he does care about his company being the best and destroying the competetion.
I personally see the same animalistic drive in Plank. This guy is a hugry animal who has already proven at this point that he can take it to Nike. WEalk into any Modell's or sporting goods store and we are tanding as tall as Nike. Sales are going to happne because we are now more visible. I would throw my money behind plank to take care of a business anytime. He is the dream/talent, everyone else is replaceable ino.
