It's obvious that you aren�t familiar with these kinds of contracts. They do not happen overnight nor do they happen at a whim. It's not like going down to your Costco to by stuff. Companies that enter into these contracts do a thorough do diligence before they sign them. Basically what they buy keeps them in business. If the supplier can't perform they can't make their product and they too go out of business.
